Philip Frank Panzica was arrested for stripping and having sex in front of the tourist at a popular place.

Philip Panzica, 27, and fiancee Mistie Bozant, 36 came all the way to Las Vegas to get married. The couple met each other two months ago.Panzica was due to marry his fiancée who is mother of young kids until he found out that she was pregnant with another man’s baby.

"I really do appreciate it and I feel bad about everything. The thing that hurts me the most is her kids. I love her babies,” he told the New York Daily News.

The customers were shocked when they saw the pair naked romping on the floor of one of the attraction's glass pods, as reported by Mirror.UK.


The couple were also warned by the intercom but according to the security they continued their act on the floor of the 30 minutes ride.

According to Mirror.UK the police report stated that, “He also removed his clothes while standing up, exposing his penis and bare buttocks, allowing anyone in public to see.”

A Las Vegas judge on Tuesday set a March 9 date to see if the charges against Phillip Frank Panzica III and Chloe Scordianos can be resolved without trial.

The two were arrested Feb. 5 after riding alone together in one cabin on the High Roller.Police say surveillance cameras captured the act, security warned the couple to stop, and people in another car shot cellphone video.

The images haven’t been made public. Panzica’s attorney, Bennair Bateman, declined comment.Scordianos’ lawyer, Chris Rasmussen, says his client believed the couple had an expectation of privacy.
