Los Angeles: Socialite Paris Hilton is to launch a new line of luxury hotels, following in the footsteps of her great-grandfather Conrad Hilton.

According to Forbes magazine, she will open hotels in Dubai, New York and Las Vegas - three of her favourite places to visit. A launch date is yet to be revealed, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

This will not be Hilton's first venture into the real estate world.

In 2010, she designed two Beach Clubs for Azure Urban Resort Residences by Century Properties in the Philippines.

John Victor Antonio, Century Properties CEO and project head of Azure, said of the reality TV star: "Her unparalleled style that made her a successful businesswoman and a style icon, as well as her zest for living the good life are the qualities that we would like to incorporate into our vacation-inspired residential property.

"With her exposure to the best beaches around the world, coupled with her fun and sensible fashion sense, we believe that we've made the right choice in partnering with someone who appreciates urban resort style living and who can lend a world-class touch to Azure."

Hilton certainly knows how to make a success of a business as her own line of fragrances have made over $1.5 billion.

She also has 50 Paris Hilton boutiques worldwide, with products including perfumes, handbags, watches and shoes.
