The deities were placed on silver throne and Kalyanam was performed with religious fervour. Special pujas were also performed. DIG of Prisons Kesava Naidu visited the temple on Tuesday.
He had a darshan of the deities and performed special pujas. Earlier, the temple officials welcomed him with honours. Bhadrachalam Sub-Jail Superintendent B Ashok Kumar accompanied the DIG.
