Stone laid for 30 2BHKs construction in Wanaparthy

Wanaparthy: Singireddy Niranjan Reddy, Planning Commission Vice-Chairman, Government of Telangana, along with local MLA Chinna Reddy inaugurated various developmental works in Wanaparthy district on Friday.

As part of this, Niranjan Reddy took part in the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of 30 double bedroom houses and laid foundation stone for the construction of new Gram Panchayat building at Mentapally village in Wanaparthy mandal. Speaking on the occasion, Niranjan Reddy asked the village Sarpanches to take initiative to speed up the double bedroom works and ensure they were completed in the targeted time period.

“The State government has released development funds for the construction of CC roads, drainages, construction of Gram Panchayat buildings and double bedroom houses. Now, we need to utilise these funds as early as possible and ensure all the development works are completed in the intended time frame,” said Niranjan Reddy.

Last week, Chinna Reddy had informed the sanction of Rs 64 lakh for various developmental works in the district. Utilising these funds, various infrastructure developmental works have been launched in the district.
