Khammam: District chairman of Telangana Joint Action Committee (TJAC) Dr S Papa Rao and district convener Bhadru Naik alleged that the TRS government in its four years rule had cheated the unemployed youth in the State who fought for separate State.

In a joint statement released here on Tuesday, they said many people including unemployed youth thought that TRS party would provide jobs for them. But the pink party has done nothing for the unemployed youth till date, he alleged.

Before going to election, the TRS party promised people that it would introduce reservations to Dalits and tribals including Muslim Minorities as per their population ratio. Without fulfilling that promise, it is issuing notification of jobs but not filling any vacant posts only to deceive the unemployed youth, they criticised.

Keeping in view of coming up elections, the TRS party is preparing to deceive the innocent people and unemployed youth with its hollow promises and mesmerising words, they added.

Soon the jobless would teach a fitting lesson to it, they warned. The T-JAC is going to stage a dharna on February 22 at Dharna Chowk, demanding the government to fulfill its poll promise of providing one lakh job opportunities to the unemployed youth.
