Give loans to jobless youth
District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu suggested the bank officials to provide loan facilities to the eligible unemployed in the district. The Collector attended as a chief guest at the Lead Bank meeting held here on Tuesday.
Kothagudem: District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu suggested the bank officials to provide loan facilities to the eligible unemployed in the district. The Collector attended as a chief guest at the Lead Bank meeting held here on Tuesday.
He suggested the bankers to give Mudra loans without any axiom to the people. Since the district has more number of unemployed youth, the bankers should give priority to give loans to them, he suggested.
The Collector asked the bankers to make the Prime Minister Suraksha Bheema Yojana scheme a success in the district, as about three lakh people are benefitting from the scheme.
State Bankers Convenor B Manikandan, State Lead Bank Convenor J Bhakser Subrahmanyam, Lead Bank Regional Manger D Ankamvarpu, NABARD Assistant General Manger G Venkaterswara Rao and others attended the meeting.
