The representatives of CPM party of Two Town Committee burnt an effigy of BJP government at the Saritha Clinic Centre in Khammam on Friday.

Speaking on the occasion, Nunna alleged that the saffron party was trying to collect money from companies which were cheating banks for contesting upcoming elections.

“People like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi, who are very close to some of the leaders of the BJP, are cheating banks by defaulting on loans and escaping to foreign countries to evade arrests,” he alleged, demanding the government strict against such loan defaulters by bringing new laws.

It the government failed to act against such persons, the CPM would launch an agitation, Nunna threatened. Party leaders Y Vikram, N Ramesh, B Venkat Kumar, S K Hussain, Johny Miya, Raghu, Upendar Naik, Sagar, Bheemaiah, Guru Murthy, Sudharshan, Gayatri, Vasu, Chiranjeevi, J Venkanna Babu and S K Bobby were present along with others.
