Yadagirigutta: Telugu Desam Party district president Badru Shobha Rani and CPM district secretary MD Jahangir demanded the government to release a White Paper on Yadadri temple and temple town development. The CPM district unit on Friday conducted a round-table meeting on Yadadri development works with various parties and organisations at Yadagirigutta.
Recalling the recent Rs 17 lakh fodder scam at Yadadri Goshala, the leaders of opposition parties alleged that officials of the temple, including Executive Officer, has been committing several irregularities in the temple development works.
Stating that members of all parties would not tolerate any irregularities and wastage of public money, they informed that leaders of all parties would tour the Yadadri hillock on March 29 to the ascertain the ground status of works and alleged irregularities.
YSRCP youth wing leader Sathish Raj, CPM leaders Poshetty and Kondamadgu Narsimha, Congress leaders Anjaiah and Bharath Goud, CPI leader Sridhar, BC Sangham leader Achaiah, TDP leaders Balaiah, Ravinder and Bangari, T-Mass leaders Bhavani and Kranthi Kumar and others took part in the meeting.
