Review meet on Rama Navami celebrations held in Bharachalam
The District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu directed the officers make sure to present all officers in the Sri Rama Navami celebrations and make them to do quality service to the devotes and VIPs. He held a review meeting in Sub-Collector office with all district officers here on Friday.
Bharachalam: The District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu directed the officers make sure to present all officers in the Sri Rama Navami celebrations and make them to do quality service to the devotes and VIPs. He held a review meeting in Sub-Collector office with all district officers here on Friday.
On the occasion Hanumanthu said the officers who are in sectors duty should make them to be careful. He said all arrangements were set for the celebrations the celestial wedding of the Sita Rama which would be held on March 26. He also said to do extended quality services to the devotees who will come from various places and adjoining States to the Bhadrachalam.
Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu said the police department should take the protection of the devotees and VIPs. Make sure to clear the traffic in every minute in the temple roads, he added. He suggested to the officers who are performing the duties in the VIP sectors and other sectors be polite with all the devotees and VIPs.
He directed the Excise department to keep eye on illegal selling of liquor and make sure to no selling the liquor in three days of the ceremony in the temple city. He asked the Panchayat, Public health and Rural Water Scheme department officers to arrange the drinking water tanks and temporary water taps around the temple city.
He also urged the voluntary organisers to participate in the service to supply water and buttermilk to the devotees. Hanumanthu asked the health officer to get ready for the distributing the ORS packets to the devotees and pay heed to arrange the temporary health points in the temple town.
