​Yadadri-Bhongir: World famous artist Aelay Lxaman, who designed the Telangana government logo, received Rythu Bandh cheque for Rs 80,000 and pattadar passbook in the mandal headquarters of the district on Wednesday. The artist, who is native of Kakkireni village under Athmakur (M) mandalowns 20 acres of agriculture land.

Speaking on this occasion, Laxman said the villages wore a festival look following the launch of Rythu Bandhu scheme. People, who were not staying in their native villages, were coming back to receive cheques, he said.

Rythu Bandhu scheme was not only providing financial aid to farmers but also turned out to be a venue for people to meet and exchange greetings, he said.
