60-odd families join TRS in Khammam
As many as 60 families belonging to various political parties joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) here on Tuesday.
Khammam: As many as 60 families belonging to various political parties joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) here on Tuesday.
Welcoming the newly-joined activists into the party fold, Khammam MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said people were attracted by the State government’s myriad welfare schemes including Rythu Bandhu, double-bedroom houses for the poor, Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, Mission Kakatiya, Mission Bhagiratha, KTR Kits and many more and they were eager to join the TRS to ensure that the party ruled the State for many more years.
The TRS MP said more and more people would join the TRS ahead of the next general election and the party would win the Assembly elections with absolute majority and wrest power in the State.
