Tremors Felt In North India

Once again the earthquake scare has hit, this time for the people in North India as a high-magnitude earthquake was witnessed on Tuesday afternoon.

Massive tremors were felt in Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow and other parts of Northern India with the epicenter of the earthquake being once again Nepal. With a magnitude of 7.1 magnitude on Richter scale, the earthquake was reported to be very powerful. As the tremors were felt for 60 seconds, people were seen running out of their buildings in order to escape.

Just less than a month ago, an earthquake measuring 7.9 on Richter scale killed more than 8000 people in Nepal.
