Andhra Pradesh government has decided to introduce mid day meal scheme for intermediate students from the new academic year this year.

After receiving immense response to mid day meal scheme for students in government schools, government extended the scheme to government junior colleges also.

The higher authorities of state education department asked the college principals to send proposals before June 15 for release of required funds to launch the mid day meal scheme.
