Unable to cope up with pressure, an intermediate student committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of her room in Visakhapatnam. Amrita, hailed from Gummadilaxmipuram village in Vizianagaram, joined Gravity Medical Academy in the port city.
She was not active and staying away from mingling with her classmates. She did not attend class on Saturday. When her roommates returned, Amrita was found dead. Police registered a case.
