TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy, Telangana Congress in charge RC Kuntia are overseeing the arrangements for the meeting.
A public meeting will be organised at Charminar in Hyderabad around 11 am on October 20 and then another meeting at Bhainsa around 12.25 pm. In the evening, Rahul will address another meeting at Kamareddy around 4 pm.
In addition to it, the Congress party is planning to organise public meetings on October 27 at some other places in Telangana.
