Telangana's Vote on Account budget on Feb 22
The Vote on account State Budget of Telangana will be presented in the State Legislative Assembly on February 22 at 1130 AM
Hyderabad: The Vote on account State Budget of Telangana will be presented in the State Legislative Assembly on February 22 at 11.30 AM.
The Assembly session will commence on 22nd February and will be held till 25th February. After the presentation of the budget, discussions will be held on Budget on the next day and the Appropriation Bill will be adopted by the house on 25th February, according to a press release issued by the Chief Minister's Office on Thursday.
However, it is not yet clear who will present the budget. Since Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao is yet to expand his cabinet and presently there is no Finance Minister for Telangana. If the situation remains the same till February 22, then the Chief Minister himself will present the budget.
