Naidu is over-estimating
The AP CM is expecting to have a onesided victory in AP elections just like the TRS had in TS by announcing the list of candidates well in advance It is not that easy in A P because TS has a financially inherited background unlike AP which started with negative finances promising moon by its C M in every meeting

TRS was allowed to be more practical because it did not have any basic problems such as construction of Assembly, Secretariat, Capital etc in addition to several infrastructure demands unlike the A P. Whereas the T S managed the opposition successfully the A P has and is seeing a rising opposition by YSRCP every day.
Even though the AP CM implemented most of the freebies announced, yet the opposition party YSRCP in AP has a sizeable following of voters which Mr Naidu should be aware. Initially the TDP announced the moon to the voters along with the BJP just like that making themselves fools by the BJP politics which is certainly national functioning with several political constraints and requirements.
The AP CM also cannot take voters for granted as revealed in the TS elections and mere announcing the candidates list cannot bring any one-sided victory in AP unless the leaders go practically into the minds of rural farmers and other voters honestly without false and impractical announcements.
