Chennai: Few unions of students became furious against the Tamil Nadu visit of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. On Friday, the students protested against Modi's state visit in Chennai. They hurled stones, when they were restrained by the police. The police acted severely responding to this.
In view of the prior warnings received from the intelligence agencies, from the other side, the police tightened the security measures. A five stage security has been implemented at Chennai airport and BJP party office in Chennai. It is evident that Modi will be participating in the BJP state committe's Friday meeting in Chennai.
