New Delhi: Khushwant Singh, the most acclaimed Indian journalist breathed his last on Thursday. According to kith and kin of the deceased, he has been ailing for the past sometime.
Khushwant Singh was born on February 2, 1915. He had served as an editor for many magazines in India. In the year 2007, he was conferred with Padma Vibhushan, the second highest civilian honor in India. He had also served as the editor for ‘Yojana’ being published by the Union Ministry of Broadcasting.
