New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday pledged to make Delhi among the world's top five corruption-free cities in five years. Saying that his AAP government was dedicated to cleansing Delhi, Kejriwal made the announcement at the re-launch of an anti-corruption helpline 1031 to curb bribery in government offices.
