Satyam Ramalinga Raju jail release today
With Satyam Computers founder B. Ramalinga Raju and nine others including his brother, former managing director of Satyam, B Rama Raju granted conditional bail, they are expected to be released from the Cherlapally Central Prison on Wednesday.

As the jail authorities did not receive a copy of the bail order, their release was postponed.

Mr Raju and his brother were granted bail on the condition of submitting personal bonds worth Rs 1 lakh each and two sureties while the others have to submit personal bonds of Rs 50,000 each and two sureties. Within four weeks from their release, one tenth of the fine amount needs to be deposited.
Earlier, Mr Raju and others were convicted for criminal conspiracy and cheating, among other offences. However, they filed appeals in the sessions court challenging the trial court order in the Rs 7,000 crore scandal.
