Subramani, hailing from Thiruvarur, reportedly wrote a letter before his death which was found at the flat, reports said. The reason he mentioned in the letter is that he wanted to pay tribute to Abdul Kalam. “I have never seen such a a clean man in my life.

After he died, nobody has paid tribute to him with their lives. I want to do this for him," he reportedly mentioned in the letter.
His friends who came to pick hi up, found him hanging at his room. Later, they broke open the door only to find him dead before he could be taken to the hospital.
