Hyderabad: Controversial AIMIM legislator and Telangana MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi faces arrest in connection with a case registered against him for allegedly making an inflammatory speech at an election rally in Kishanganj, Bihar.
Following registration of an FIR against Akbaruddin on Monday at Kochadhaman Police Station in Kisanganj district, Kisanganj Superintendent of Police Rajiv Ranjan issued the arrest order against him on Wednesday.
Asked about his reaction to the matter, Asauddin Owaisi MIM MP and brother of Akbaruddin told reporters here that the matter will be tackled by the party's legal team.
