Judgement in Uber cab rape case today

The High Court had earlier permitted the accused driver of Uber cab rape case to recall and examine 13 prosecution witnesses, including the victim.
The Delhi Police has sought the dismissal of the High Court order on grounds that it would further cause harassment to the victim.
The apex court had on March 10, stayed the high court order allowing the taxi driver, who has been facing trial for allegedly raping a 25-year-old woman in an Uber cab here, to recall and re-examine 13 witnesses, including the victim.
The victim, in her appeal, said that the high court order amounts to a re-trial of the case.
