Forces launch door-to-door search for militants hiding in Kulgam dist

Kulgam: A joint team of security forces - comprising Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Special Operation Group of the Jammu and Kashmir Police - on Sunday evening cordoned off Buchru area in Kulgam district and launched a combing operation for two-three militants who are believed to be trapped in a house.

Though the exchange of fire was not reported till the time of filing of this report, the security forces launched around 7p.m a massive door-to-door search operation for the militants. [Details awaited].
