Desperate attempt of the Congress party to turn its criminal conspiracy in the National Herald case to garner public sympathy

The way thousands of sycophants of Congress party who gathered near the Court during Soniaji's and Rahulji's Court hearing in the criminal conspiracy case related to National Herald today (19-12-2015) afternoon proves beyond doubt that the Congress is the Party run by the "family" and its Sycophants with a slavish mentality.
People who were watching this height of sycophancy and who were not aware of the details of the National Herald case saw an optical image of a large number of congress "workers" on the television channels which essentially gave a wrong impression in the minds of the public in general that Soniaji and Rahulji were "victims" of a political vendetta. In fact, this was the intent of the congress party behind bringing in thousands of "workers" to Delhi court from neighbouring districts and states.
The bare truth of the matter is that and I quote from an article titled 'Democratic' Sonia Vs 'Dictatorial' Modi by Shri S. Gurumurthy which appeared in The New Indian Express,Hyderabad on 10-12-2015:
Quote : "It was the private complaint of Dr.Subramanian Swamy on which the magistrate held that Sonia, Rahul and the four family loyalists had created a trust company fully controlled by them as a cloak or sham of a special purpose vehicle to convert public money and to acquire control over thousands of crores of assets of National Herald. The court held that the accused acted as a consortium to achieve the nefarious purpose and asked them to face trial.
This was the prima facie assessment of the court under the law. The govt. had no role in this process at all. It was between Sonia Gandhi and her co-conspirators on the one hand and Dr.Subramanian Swamy on the other with the court playing the neutral and judicial role the court." Unquote.
There appears to be no internal "Democracy" in the Congress Party. Young upcoming and well educated leaders of the congress party were nowhere to be seen during this "sponsored" drama near the court
It would be pertinent to note here that the actual "victim" in this case is the Nation and not the leaders of the "notional" Party known as Congress. Another aspect which needs a very serious debate is whether during court proceedings a very large number of gathering can be allowed which may also result in law and order problems.
