Prasanthi Nilayam : Undergraduate students in association with the students of Sathya Sai Mirpuri College of Music presented a drama entitled ‘Suddha Kanchanam – From Impure to Pure’ this evening as part of their ‘Gratitude Offering’ in Prasanthi Nilayam.

Where life is taken as a game, full of challenges, a real warrior is expected to fight this game out till his last drop of blood, with re-surging spirit, focusing on the goal. It is this self-same spirit that is applicable in man’s spiritual journey as well, where in the enemies pooled around by the mind have to be conquered, to become the desired Pure Golden One.

Presenting selected stories from the inspirational lives of Raja Harischandra, King Harshavardhana, a king from North India who lived during the time of 600 AD, and of the heroic Mahabharata battle story of Abhimanyu, the drama this evening echoed the rising spirit of the ‘Phoenix That Rises From The Ash’ to fight with resurgent vigour, to become victorious.

The presentation serves a modest, yet powerful message to the mankind of the absolute need of the spirited battle of life to know the Real Spirit Within.

Bhajans continued and the session ended at 1820 hrs with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
