Prasanthi Nilayam: Scores of Ganeshas representing various Prasanthi Institutions, all distinct in colour and quality, retreated to the immersion ghat at the end of a colorful, regal procession to the sanctified Prasanthi Mandir this evening in Prasanthi Nilayam, marking the grand culmination of 3-day Ganesh Chaturthi festivity. As a customary tradition set by Bhagawan, the Ganesha festival in Prasanthi every year ends on the third day, with the immersion of the Idols, popularly known as "Nimajjan".

The procession this evening began at 1600 hrs with the entry of Ganeshas in turns to the Sanctum Sanctorum, accompanied by joyous, boisterous singing and chanting.

Lighting up the rising spirit, students from the Primary and Higher Secondary Wing subsequently presented a series of three dance offerings at the Sanctum Sanctorum, singing paeans to The Lord having no Over Lord.

Marking the grand finale, the Ganeshas representing various institutions took turns to come forward offering obeisance to the Supreme Divine seated at the Sanctum Sanctorum before proceeding to the immersion Ghat.

Bhajans continued and the session concluded with Mangala Arathi at 1800 hrs.
