England retains same squad

London (IANS): England selectors on Monday named an unchanged 13-member squad for the second Ashes Test starting at Lord's on Thursday. "We have selected the same squad for the Lord's Test as this continues to provide options for (captain) Alastair Cook and (team director) Andy Fower," national selector, Geoff Miller said. England won the first Test in a thriller by 14 runs against Australia at Trent Bridge and Miller congratulated captain Cook and his team for the win. The squad: Alastair Cook (C), James Anderson, Jonny Bairstow, Ian Bell, Tim Bresnan, Stuart Broad, Steven Finn, Graham Onions, Kevin Pietersen, Matt Prior, Joe Root, Graeme Swann and Jonathan Trott.
