Hyderabad: The Telangana state government has decided to announce the guidelines with the intended clarity about the crop loan waiver. Reportedly, on Saturday, the guidelines will be pronounced. By now, KCR, the Chief Minister of Telangana, had discussed the very matter with the bankers and also passed necessary instructions to the concerned to formulate the required guidelines.
According to sources, the authorities in turn have prepared the guidelines. The government has decided to waiver crop loans up to Rs 1L, as promised in the election manifesto. KCR has pursued the burden on the government and other details by this loan waiver; and the entire process has been completed. Though it was decided to reveal the guidelines on Friday itself, due to some reasons the same has been procrastinated for Saturday. After having discussions in the cabinet meeting over this matter, on Saturday, the guidelines would be made public, added sources.
