Hyderabad: On Wednesday morning, near Nampally Public Gardens in Hyderabad, a woman was killed when a RTC bus thumped her to death. The woman has not been identified so far. The Police rushed the spot, taken over the dead body and sent it to Osmania Hospital for post-mortem. More details are awaited.
RTC buses which have been known for the safe journey have lost their credibility due to the increased number of accidents over a period of time. More than 10 accidents in which the RTC buses were involved have been registered in the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states in the last couple of months. Surely, something is going wrong. There is a need to conduct regular training to the RTC drivers, at this juncture.
