K Chandrasekhar RaoHyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to convene a meeting with Ministers, senior bureaucrats and district collectors on July 7 to outline his government vision, priorities and plans. The one-day meeting will be held at MCHRD institute, Jubilee Hills from 10.30 am.

This discussion was taken at brainstorming session chaired by the Chief Minister with Chief Secretary, CMO staff, senior IAS officials and advisors to government.
The meeting also discussed about constituting a special cell with 500 officers to oversee 'land distribution to Dalits' scheme, reorganisation of districts and increasing strength of joint collectors in districts among other things.

KCR during July 7 meeting will elaborate his government plans for overall development of the new Telangana State. He will also emphasise on the need to prepare different plans taking village, mandal, district and state as units.

The Chief Minister felt the need to hold these classes, so that the official machinery would get a complete picture about his vision before preparation of road-map, a task assigned by KCR to officials of all departments and districts.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister has decided to hold training classes, right from village sarpanch level to IAS officer level, at the sprawling MCHRD Institute in Jubilee Hills.
KCR, who visited MCHRD Institute for a meeting on Wednesday, got down from his vehicle and took a walk in the campus. He inspected hostels, gym, yoga centre and training classrooms in the institute spread over a massive 39 acres.

He was very much impressed with the greenery and facilities on offer in the institute. The Chief Minister recalled his previous association with the institute.
He noted that he, as the Transport minister during TDP regime, ensured construction of fencing around the campus to protect it from encroachments.
