According to Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, the YSRCP Khammam MP, due to the election code in force the yatra was postponed in the district and the revised date is all to be announced soon.
YS Sharmila visited 30 families that lost a member on hearing the YSR’s demise news in the first phase of the Paramarsha Yatra in Nalgonda district. Covering a distance of 509km, YS Sharmila was scheduled to visit 17 families in six constituencies from Bhuvanagiri followed by Aleru, Nalgonda, Thungaturthi, Nakrekel and Munugode.
