He was inspired by Team India’s splendid start to its cricket World Cup campaign with successive victories over Pakistan and South Africa. The young micro-artist of Kothanarayanapuram village of Kallur Mandal had made a miniature replica of World Cup-2015 to cheer the defending champions to lift the coveted world cup crown again.

He designed it with a little marble (tiny glass sphere) used in the traditional game of goli and redundant imitation jewellery items, he noted, exuding confidence that the team led by skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni will bring home the prestigious trophy from Australia. The Indian team is well composed and every member of the squad is putting in their best efforts by excelling in all facets of the game in the face of stiff challenge from some strong teams, he remarked.
