Parigi (Ranga Reddy): Students of the BC Welfare Hostel for Boys in Doma mandal headquarters are facing severe hardship in the absence of basic facilities.

They are forced to defecate in the open as there are no toilets. Officials failed to build toilets even though the building was completed six years back.

Students are living in constant fear as the hostel is located far away from the mandal and close to a forest, where snakes roam freely. They are frightened to venture out during nights.

The hostel is facing drinking water shortage as the TS Transco officials provided only two-phase power supply. Even though it has a borewell, water cannot be drawn as it needs three-phase power.
The mineral water plant set up in the hostel is of no use to the inmates.

Students have appealed to the officials to solve their problems at the earliest.
