Defeat TRS candidates in best interest of State: BJP.During the past nine months, the government had not issued a single employment notification. It had thrown lakhs of unemployed youth into a state of despair, noted the BJP floor leader in the Assembly K Laxman.
Warangal: In order to put a check on anti-people policies of State government, the TRS nominees contesting in Graduates’ MLC elections must be defeated, the BJP leaders said.Bharatiya Janata Party leaders called upon the graduates in Hyderabad-Mahabubnagar-Ranga Reddy and Khammam-Warangal-Nalgonda Graduates’ constituencies to act wisely and vote for the BJP nominees.
During the past nine months, the government had not issued a single employment notification. It had thrown lakhs of unemployed youth into a state of despair, noted the BJP floor leader in the Assembly K Laxman. Speaking to press persons in Hanamkonda on Sunday, he said the CM himself claimed that 1.07 lakh posts were lying vacant. The CM should explain why his government failed to fill up the vacancies.
The government was being run with contract and outsourced employees. The TRS came to power on the basis of sacrifices made by educated youth, who hoped to get employment when separate Telangana was formed. But their hopes were dashed. The same was the condition of farmers, students, government employees and pensioners, Laxman said. The party nominee for the seat Errabelli Rammohan Rao, the party leader T Rajeshwar Rao, MLC K Dilip Kumar appealed to the voters to realise the ‘hollowness’ of CM Chandrashekar Rao and teach him a lesson.
‘Work for victory of BJP-TDP candidates’
Telangana TDP working president and MLA Errabelli Dayakar Rao has appealed to the party cadre to work for the victory of BJP-TDP alliance in MLC elections. The candidate Errabelli Rammohan Rao fielded by Bharatiya Janata Party should be elected with huge majority, he said while addressing the party workers at a meeting held at the party office in Hanamkonda on Sunday.
Dismiss Talasani
Dayakar Rao wanted Commercial Taxes Minister T Srinivas Yadav, who jumped into TRS from the TDP, be dismissed from the cabinet with immediate effect. He had sworn in as Minister in TRS government though he was elected on TDP ticket and it was unethical. Srinivas Yadav should quit his MLA post and go for fresh election. The Minister’s behaviour in the Assembly was unacceptable. “He attacked us in Assembly. We are compelled to stand up on benches seeking security,” he added.
