Finance Minister Eatala Rajender will present the first full budget of Telangana in the Assembly on Wednesday at 10 am. According to sources, the budget is likely to be of Rs 110,000 crore. However, unlike the previous year\'s budget (presented on November 5, 2014), this budget may not be tax-free one. The government is expected to hike some taxes in order to boost its revenues.
