CM tours home turf
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao toured Gajwel, his home constituency on Thursday. In the morning he visited Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Nacharam Gutta in Wargal Mandal.
Holds a review meeting with officials on works in Gajwel constituency
Gajwel: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao toured Gajwel, his home constituency on Thursday.
In the morning he visited Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Nacharam Gutta in Wargal Mandal. He offered silk clothes to the deity on behalf of the government as part of the Brahmotsavams which are underway at the temple from March 11 to March 21. He said that soon the area near the temple would be developed.
He then made surprise visits to the Area Hospital, Government Junior College, Pandavula Cheruvu, MROs office, police station and Government High School in Gajwel town.
He also had a review meeting of the development works in his constituency. He arranged a one-on-one personal meeting with HODs of various departments of Gajwel Area Development Authority (GADA) in the evening.
He distributed 3 acres of land to the families of six landless Dalits as part of his tour.
He was accompanied by T Harish Rao, Minister for Irrigation, Marketing and Legislative Affairs, Padma Devender Reddy, Deputy Speaker, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Member of Parliament, Ramalinga Reddy, MLA, Dubbaka, Rajamani, ZP Chairman, Rahul Bojja, District Collector and other officials.
