Karimnagar: The students of Trinity Educational College of Peddapalli staged a sit-in on Friday in front of the Administrative Building of Shatavahana University demanding that the first semester examinations of M.Ed be held without delay.

The students said even after completing the first semester classes of M.Ed, the University officials were reluctant to conduct the examinations. Admissions into M.Ed took place at the same time in Shatavahana and Kakatiya Universities. But under Kakatiya University, two months ago first semester examinations for M.Ed had been held. “We are losing valuable time due to delay in conducting the examinations. We demand that examinations be held immediately.”

The students submitted memorandum in this regard to University Vice-Chancellor Prof K Veera Reddy and Registrar Prof M Komal Reddy.
