Telangana home minister's car breaks down

Telangana home minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy’s bulletproof car suffered a puncture at Hastinapuram forcing him to travel in a private vehicle on Monday afternoon. The minister was going for a hospital inauguration when the car broke down.

The incident occurred in broad day light and the Home Minister had to hitch a ride with deputy chief minister Mohammed Ali who was also on the same road but not for the event. He got dropped at the Hospital.

However on the return journey, the Home Minister had to use a private car for a scheduled meeting with the Prison DG. In the meantime the HM's bulletproof car was repaired and reached the Prison DG's office at Chanchalaguda for his return journey to office.
