The Congress party mocked at the leaders of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) for losing ‘self respect’ and ‘self esteem’ towards continuing in the ruling party. They held that the party does not have a single leader who could question the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, over agricultural crisis the State was facing.

Hyderabad: The Congress party mocked at the leaders of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) for losing ‘self respect’ and ‘self esteem’ towards continuing in the ruling party. They held that the party does not have a single leader who could question the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, over agricultural crisis the State was facing.


Speaking to the media persons, Congress party Chief Whip Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy mocked at the criticism made by Minister A Indrakaran Reddy over Rahul Gandhi’s impending Padayatra in Adilabad district. They ridiculed his statements by referring to his opportunistic attitude, who had earlier enjoyed top positions during the time of Congress rule.


Former Minister D Sridhar Babu held that the TRS party which came to power in the separate State of Telangana failed to keep its promises. Rather, the irrational attitude and irresponsible decision making has pushed the agriculture sector to the brink.
