Moving away from his regular practice of chairing official meetings every day, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar took time to interact with aspiring business entrepreneurs from Indian School of Business (ISB). 56 working executives from reputed Corporate institutions pursuing MBA attended the programme held at Dr Marri Channa Reddy Institute at Jubilee Hills.

Hyderabad: Moving away from his regular practice of chairing official meetings every day, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar took time to interact with aspiring business entrepreneurs from Indian School of Business (ISB). 56 working executives from reputed Corporate institutions pursuing MBA attended the programme held at Dr Marri Channa Reddy Institute at Jubilee Hills.


The list included budding entrepreneurs, senior executives from various companies, bureaucrats, doctors among others. He briefed them about Telangana government’s plans to introduce ‘single window without grills’, which will be the first of its kind industrial policy in the country guaranteeing permissions in a stipulated period of 15 days.

CM said that this policy was finalised after a series of brain-storming sessions and after going through more than thousand related reports on this subject, besides, taking note of industrial policies of several countrie. He said he personally visited Singapore and Malaysia to study and understand their industrial polices.


The Chief Minster also said that his state is not only budget surplus state but also would become soon power surplus state in the next three years. To become power surplus state is a progressive step towards industrialisation, he felt. ISB students congratulated Chief Minister on the first birth anniversary of the state. They praised him for his government flagship programmes like Drinking Water Grid, Mission Kakatiya, making Hyderabad a safe and secure city, vision to make entire Hyderbad as Wi-Fi enabled city etc.
