Congress leader from Mahbubnagar was brutally murdered while he was jogging in the early hours of Tuesday.
Some unidentified miscreants attacked MPTC Arunachalam Raju with sickles and sticks. The death was instantaneous for him. Arunachalam is a Gurukonda MPTC. A tense situation prevailed in Devarakadra mandal after the MPTC was murdered.
The police recovered the body of the leader and registered a case. Police suspect that the land dispute between the MPTC and his rivals is said to be the reason.
