Drive to popularise MMTS service
Drive to popularise MMTS service. An awareness campaign was organised by the Hyderabad division on Sitafalmand-Falaknuma-Umdanagar section on Tuesday to promote patronage of MMTS service. During the campaign, officials appealed to the people to utilise MMTS services. They told the people that the services were quicker, cheaper, safer and punctual.

Hyderabad: An awareness campaign was organised by the Hyderabad division on Sitafalmand-Falaknuma-Umdanagar section on Tuesday to promote patronage of MMTS service. During the campaign, officials appealed to the people to utilise MMTS services. They told the people that the services were quicker, cheaper, safer and punctual.
To popularize MMTS services on Sitafalmandi-Falaknuma-Umdanagar section, road shows were organised at Sitafalmandi, Vidyanagar, Uppuguda and Umdanagar stations with the help of Bharat Scouts and Guides along with ticket checking staff and Commercial Inspectors under the supervision of B D Christopher, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager and K Venugopal Reddy, Assistant Commercial Manager of Hyderabad division. The campaign was conducted on station platforms, colonies and residential areas.
During the awareness campaign, MMTS time- tables of individual stations were distributed to the public and all-in-one MMTS time-tables of individual stations were also distributed at stations, colonies and residential areas. MMTS Time- table sheets (Vinyl sticker A-3 Size) were displayed at nearby bus stops for information to commuters. Feedback from commuters too was obtained for to improve the services.
