Naini wants people to protect govt lands
Home Minister Naini Narasimha Reddy has called upon the people to “chase away” land-grabbers and file cases against the thugs. “It is responsibility of residents of bastis and colonies to protect the government lands in their respective areas,” the Home Minister exhorted the people on Saturday.

Hyderabad: Home Minister Naini Narasimha Reddy has called upon the people to “chase away” land-grabbers and file cases against the thugs. “It is responsibility of residents of bastis and colonies to protect the government lands in their respective areas,” the Home Minister exhorted the people on Saturday.
Speaking at a function after laying foundation stone for a Rs 3.5 crore multi-purpose sports complex indoor stadium at EWS Play Grounds in Adikmet Division under Musheerabad Assembly constituency here, Narasimha Reddy directed the GHMC Commissioner to take steps for the protection of government lands.
“Everyone should be provided facilities for playing games to stay mentally and physically healthy,” he observed. As such the people should also take the responsibility of protecting the public property, he said.
Union Minister of State for Labour Bandaru Dattatreya said he had always been giving importance to sports.
