Nalgonda: CPI (M) State secretary Thammineni Veerabhadram on Tuesday underlined to create awareness in the public to build a ‘strong opposition’ against the anti-people policies pursued by the TRS government. He strongly criticised the State government for not inviting the ASHA workers whose strike reached 100 days. The CPI (M) would extend support to the padayatra which was planned by ASHA workers from December 10. In Khammam, the CPI (M) has decided to back the candidature of CPI in Khammam MLC elections. In remaining districts, the MPTCs and ZPTCs of the party would not participate in the polling, he made it clear.
