Singareni Seva Samithi on Thursday launched a programme giving free training in driving light motor vehicles for the unemployed youth.
Ramana Murthy, general manager of Singareni RG-1, inaugurated the programme by flagging off the motor vehicles. Addressing the meeting, he said that 25 youths from Sundilla, Mutyala, Singireddipalle and Chandanapur villages were selected for training which would enable them to become professional drivers.
He exhorted the youth to utilise this opportunity. DGM (personnel) Deekshitulu, Personnel Manager Srinivas, Aravinda Rao and others were present.
