The Hyderabad High Court on Thursday issued orders that the AgriGold's properties located in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru and other places should be sold between February 1 to 7 to pay back the deposits.
The three member committee that is administrating the depositors' issues has been instructed by the Court to evaluate the value of the properties along with the total amount of depositors dues. Further proceedings of the Court would take place on February 8, 2016.
