As the campaign for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) polls comes to an end on Sunday, the political parties in election fray have intensified their campaigns giving a finishing touch to it. In the least time available, all the political parties are trying their best to get a favourable response from the voters.

The campaign witnessed a war of words exchanged between the chief ministers of two Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana - N Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao wherein both faced allegations against each other over the developments in Hyderabad. While Chandrababu predicted that the TDP-BJP combine would prove its worth in the polls, TRS, on the other hand, alleged that TDP did nothing for the poor people and exuded confidence of winning 100 divisions in the elections.
