Jerusalem Mathiah, who is one of the accused in the cash for vote scam has filed a fresh petition with the Hyderabad High Court. Mathiah stated that details of the cases filed against him by state governments of AP and Telangana are being denied and pointed out that he had obtained bail from the High Court yet was being issued notices.

Jerusalem Mathiah, who is one of the accused in the cash for vote case has filed a fresh petition with the Hyderabad High Court. Mathiah stated that details of the cases filed against him by state governments of AP and Telangana are being denied and pointed out that despite stay order from the High Court, he was being issued notices.

In his petition, Mathiah said that he has no means to appoint counsel for him, therefore, urged the court to appoint a lawyer on his behalf. He further said that the notices were being served by the ACB on insistence of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and IT Minister KT Rama Rao.
